The CHA6653-QXG is a new 27-33.5GHz Power Amplifier delivering 1.8W output power.
This product features a high linearity with 38dBm OIP3 and an excellent associated PAE.
In common with the high linearity UMS Power Amplifier family (CHA6550-QXG/CHA6652-QXG/CHA6194-QXG), the CHA6653-QXG features an integrated power detector and ESD protection.
