WCAM 2019 in Osaka, Japan

UMS participates to the 8th annual World Congress of Advanced Materials 2019 in Osaka, from the 22nd to the 24th of July 2019.

UMS will give a presentation on "Highly linear pseudomorphic GaAs power  HEMT's for RF communication applications" in the session 2.2, Microelectronics and Integrated circuits (Monday 22nd of July 14h20-14h45).
